3. Account Registration & Management

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on joa9. Opening multiple accounts (also known as multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

joa9 supports a range of payment methods tailored for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on joa9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other approved local payment providers. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the maximum single deposit is ৳50,000, unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) subject to successful KYC verification. Funds can only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

In the event of a deposit credited to your account due to a technical error, joa9 reserves the right to reverse the erroneous credit at any time.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joa9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the joa9 platform or any of its services.

In no event shall joa9's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action exceed the total amount deposited by you into your joa9 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and regardless of whether joa9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Amendments to Terms

joa9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
